It's Me | Bella Blvd

I'm sharing a layout I created for Bella Blvd in celebration of National Scrapbook Day. All Bella designers were asked to create a layout about themselves, and this is the one I created.

I am often using circles and squares and this time I tried something different to add more patterned papers to my layout with Triangles! All sizes of triangles and several papers were used to add color and punch to my page. This works great for left over scraps of paper too!

The Bella Blvd Creative Team was asked to participate in Becky Fleck's May PageMaps reveal. I love working with Becky's sketches and love even more working with her. She's so organized and enthusiastic about her work. She rocks at creating sketches and I Love that!

Beautiful You | Fancy Pants

I recently attended a weekend crop hosted by Scrapbook & Cards Today  -
Crop & Create in Winnipeg Manitoba.  We don't have many pictures from the weekend but trust me it was awesome!  I enjoyed time with great gals (Stephanie, Jody and Nicole) did some shopping and had the most awesome desert at this little place in Winnipeg called Baked Expectations.

I had a piece of this MOCHA TORTE.......... DELICIOUS!

Luscious mocha cream sandwiched
between thin chocolate layers and topped with whipped cream.

It really has nothing to do with the layout I'm sharing today but maybe if you are in the Winnipeg area you can enjoy a massive piece of cake! 
The Next Crop & Create event is in Thunder Bay and Cornwall.. If you can plan to attend one of these in the fall - make it Cornwall! It's a great time and Becky Higgins is gonna be there ;-)  CLICK for More INfo!

So the layout I'm sharing today was one I created at the crop in Moncton and then finished it at the crop in Winnipeg. It's using some new Fancy Pants papers from the Flutter Collection. I love the green and blue and pink and oh yeah.. all these colors are fabulous ;-)

Happiest Moments | Jillibean Soup

The new Summer Red Raspberry Soup from Jillibean Soup is out! Scrapbook.com and a few other stores have it in stock ;-) It's beautiful! Love those spring colors, flowers and that yellow.. gorgeous! I don't have many spring photos but this black and white pic of my nieces worked well with these papers.  They We were a bit hyper after an evening of painting clay and I made them jump around and dance in the back of the cafe !!! We Laughed ;-)
