Creative Scrappers | Sketch 255

 Hello Friends,

the Creative Scrappers sketch 255 is live ! We partnered with White with 1 and created layouts using a sketch and the color BLUEBERRY!
that was a bit of a challenge for me, since I rarely do color challenges, and don't have that much blue in my stash! I was at Crop & Create in Thunder Bay a few weeks ago and actually had to borrow Jody Rogers' papers to complete my project!!! (thanks Jody!)

• To win a prize package from Charms Creations complete a layout using SKETCH 255 using BLUEBERRY in your layout ! Upload it using our inLinkz at the bottom of the 255 WW1 reveal.  The deadline to submit your layout for 255 WW1 is November 30th 2013. You can submit here and the White With 1 Blog as well ;-) for a double chance to win!!

Say Cheese | Paper Issues

Good Morning Friends!

We have a great "issue" this week at Paper Issues called Fallin' For You
I have a layout that is " fallin" related  - First, these papers were going to "FALL" in the recycle bin if i didn't use them, and second my niece has a tooth " Falling Out" !! So that fits the theme this week right?

I used papers from Amy Tangerine's Cut & Paste Collection.
Interested in spending some money today?! Sure you are... Cassie has a few new items in the shop and I'm sure you'd love a PIZZA BOX on your door step next week ...

Please feel free to use my code KRISTINE to save 20% off your purchase!

I created this sketch - with a bit of simplicity in mind and layering of course. If you haven't seen our reveal yet today ... CLICK HERE to be inspired!

My layout was created using the new Bella Blvd Halloween Collection called - TRICK or TREAT! Yes, i created this page using a Halloween Collection.. imagine!

I loved the blue colors and of course adding black cardstock adds a bit of dimension and I LOVE the outline this gives my pages. I know it's probably not the " IN " thing, but I love it !!

See, these trick or treat papers aren't just for goons and goblins! ;-)

To my Canadian Family and Friends - Have a great Thanksgiving!

Just Be You | Layout

Hello Friends

I have a layout to show you today ! I created this last week or maybe two weeks ago and just got around to taking a picture and blogging about it.

I used the new MME Collection Cut & Paste. It's really cute, and I love the colors. That Pink is for sure a favorite.

Well, as i post this I realize I need a good .. i mean GOOD paper trimmer. For sure  the Fiskars one i have is no longer doing it for me. I see a lot of ragged edges on my pictures and pattern papers and it drives me crazy! Do you struggle with a good paper trimmer?

Alright, I have my Micheals coupon and my Starbucks card..
Talk to you later !
