Just Us - Mini Album

I am excited to show you my latest project!
I was invited to create this sweet mini album kit for Tanya @ Let's Capture Our Memories.

As most of you know I love mini album and truly enjoy creating them. They are a great keepsake to showcase tons of little pictures and great for gifts too!
I was more than happy when Tanya asked me to create a mini album for February using some Lilybee Design Papers.

I chose a "Love" theme since Valentine's Day is just around the corner.
I called this mini album "Just Us"




Since Mini Albums are so versatile you could do the same project with your own theme such as - Birthday, Anniversary, A Date Night, or anything else you wish.

This mini is created with a Maya Road Chipboard Album measuring only 4" x 4" ... Cute as can be! I used tons of glimmer mist, a little bling, some flowers and a few 3" and 2" photos of hubby and I.

Wintertime

Hello! Is it Winter Time where you live right now?
It's been amazing this past week in New Brunswick. We got tons of rain and melted most of the snow ;-)
My nieces came to visit over the weekend and i was able to take about 200 or so pictures ( only about 10 of them are half decent!) but hey.. it's something right !!!

here is a layout i created with little miss Marissa playing and sliding in our backyard.
I love the smile on her face!!


I used a sketch by Becky Fleck from PageMaps - to participate in a challenge at SD4U!

I have been working on a mini album using some fabulous Lilybee papers... It's a kit i am creating for Let's Capture Our Memories. I will post more info when completed! It's sooo cute!

I had the opportunity last night to play with some new Pink Paislee papers. I really love this new Cupid Collection. The colors and the paper designs are just what i needed to create this page of my friend Stephanie and her honeydew!

I love scrapbooking picture of other people.. especially beautiful black and white ones!

It's Sunday and I am sooo tired! I spent 2 hours with my friend Stephanie last night discovering SKYPE!!! OMG... how fun is that ? Have you tried??
It was really a pleasure for me to get to see her and chat .. just like old times!
I even got to see her scraproom, her hubby and his kids too! I hope my mom decides to do this with me.. cause I think it's fabulous!

I first painted all the chipboard from the Basic Grey Mini Album
Added some glimmer mist on all my pages
a little shimmerz on my chipboard and diecuts
and placed everything on my mini

A Whimsy - Decorated!

So You Think You Can Dance

Wow.. time flies doesn't it?!

Dec 21st Hubby and I went to see So You Think You Can Dance Canada LIVE here in Saint John. We watched the show and never missed an episode... seeing them live was something spectacular. Here is a glimpse at one of my favorite dances from Vincent and Tara Jean ...

Happy New Year!

I can't believe it's 2010... wow!
I remember being in school and thinking 2010 is gonna be so cool ... so futuristic and very silver!!

I have quite a few things happening this year such as:
my 20th High School reunion...
I haven't decided if i'll be attending yet but i'm thinking about it ;-P

We also have a family reunion in October 2010 which will be taking place in Florida.
We'll have family members from Kentucky, Ontario Canada, Texas, Florida and New Brunswick Canada attending.. I am looking forward to that.

My dad turns 60
Eddie turns 10
Steve turns 45
Steve and I have been with each other for 12 years
I hope to attend my 1st CHA in January or July! ;-)
my 38th Birthday in March

So many great things to look forward to... Are you celebrating anything this year?
