The Theme this week at Paper Issues is - Halloween Hootenanny! I will be the first one to admit that I might have 2 pages with a Halloween theme in all my albums. It's just not something hubby and i " celebrate " and since we work shift work - we usually end up working for those that have children.
This is a layout i created in 2011.. !! yup, so many moons ago but it's still relevant to our theme this week. It's a photo of my niece Megan ( age 4 ) and she totally loved her little witch outfit.
The papers used to create this was an older collection from Bella Blvd called Too Cute to Spook!
