Fun Laugh

A fun Laugh with Stephie! A self pic, and I had to add a few extras on the photos. I don't know why, maybe to showcase how silly we are or how much we laugh together. 




For this page I used a title and background created with my Cameo, and the October Afternoon MIDWAY collection. I only had a sheet of paper and some diecuts from this collection -- so i created something a bit different and I kind of like it ;-)

Big Sister - Little Sister

I love my nieces!

This was a picture I took last summer. Megan was wearing her mother's sandals ( a bit too big for her ) and Marissa is growing up so fast ... i thought it was cute to take a picture of them from the waist down.

I recently purchased a CAMEO and still learning the options I have in creating titles and such.  I used Pebbles Inc - Sunnyside  I didn't have many stickers or embellies from this collection but loved the pink, blue and green colors.

I love the simple design, and used it for inspiration on my page.

Live, Laugh and Play

Good Morning Readers!

Can you tell I was productive last weekend? I've also taken over the kitchen table here at home and trying to create everyday. It keeps my hands and head busy and I'm enjoying it ;-)

This is a page I created using the Simple Stories Summer Fresh Collection

I still love matting my stickers, and diecuts with black or brown cardstock. This wasn't an exception .. I find it makes the stickers sturdier to use pop dots with and also defines the colors.

This is my niece running down a walkway -- she's so active! Loves to run, play, jump and being happy. Yes, she's also moody but most of the time she's happy go lucky!

I don't have much going on in December -- so I think I am going to do a mini album of - Winter / Christmas Stuff... but not daily.

I Am Awesome !

Ok, really i am not that conceited but I had cut this title with my Cameo and had it stashed in my " Cut File Folder " and had it at Stephanie's. So I created this page then needed a title... i liked the way it looked and how it fit on my photo frame!!! So.. hence I named my page I AM AWESOME!  ;-/

I used the Basic Grey - Clippings collection  LOVE IT! ...
I had this sheet in my stash for a month or more and loved it!

 I just didn't like the fact that the writing was upside down ... so, i cut up all the pieces and created my own page and added a few of my own from my Clippings Stash! I added Studio Calico Veneers, October Afternoon Alphas, Tim Holtz Staples

My journaling reads : Being 40 this year has thought me to be myself, be me and be Awesome!

Wow, it's kind of nice having an active blog !!!
I wish I had time to scrapbook everyday. It really clears the mind and makes my heart happy ;-) but I have bills!!!

Another page using Pebbles Inc. Seen and Noted Collection I seriously LOVE this collection. The colors, the patterns, OH MY! The only thing i would love from this collection is more Diecuts. I didn't have enough. ;-(

 

 I created a page about Me, a few self pics taken this summer. nothing fancy just a few real snapshots of today. ... I love the pie chart and of course i had to add a little of myself on this page... which are the black ink drops and my black cardstock on the stickers.

and yup, i had my date stamp upside down --- and never noticed until it was too late. But it added character! A little of me !

Favorite Memory

It's a great day to be Thankful!

I spent the weekend at my dear friend Stephanie's House this past weekend. I arrived Thursday night a little later than expected with a flight delay, but I arrived safely and greeted with open arms at the airport!  ( That was nice! )

Friday, Stephanie and I unpacked our Scrap Supplies and took over the dining room table for the next 3 days. It was awesome. I brought with me a few favorite paper collections and one of them was JILLIBEAN SOUP - Country Pumpkin Chowder

You all know I love Jillibean Soup, and these colors just screamed to me. I've had this picture of me and Eddie watching TV and enjoying a Chai Latte from January 2012. I never thought I would scrapbook this picture, but the mug matched the papers perfectly and well... I am so very thankful to have EDDIE in my life!
So.. my title is Favorite Memory, and my subtitle ... Give Thanks Every Day! 

I have many more layouts to share... so my blog will be active this week ;-)

Oops! i posted this on Creative Scrappers by mistake lol

Ok this is new to me ... I downloaded the Blogger App for iPhone and testing this posting feature !!! If it looks funny you know why !

So this weekend was suppose to be a weekend to Saskatoon to participate in Crop & Create. A few "life events" occurred and that plan was cancelled. I decided on  that I'd jump on a plane and come visit Stephanie for a few days and we would have our own little Crop!

Right now I'm sitting in the comfy chair with a cute kitty on my lap! He's been on me for the past hour :) he's so warm and comfy !!

My Scraps and More have released sketch number 2 ... In case you'd like to participate ! I think I'll be doing this one this weekend !
