SD4U - April Sneak

I love days when you can just sit and scrap for hours. I've been enjoying the past few days scrapbooking in the wee hours of the night ( 3am last night!) completing layouts for Scrapbook Deals 4U. I finished 4 layouts with my kit and I really enjoyed the double sided papers and of course adding my personal touch to them.

Lately I have been LOVING ink spots on my pages and had lots of fun making a few on these pages. My full reveal will be on Thursday April 1st .. maybe you can come back to see my pages!

Oh how i love a new scrapbook magazine. I love the fresh pages and tons of new ideas from scrapbookers around the world. The past few months I have been very frugal in purchasing the usual Scrapbooks Etc and Creating Keepsakes magazine. I do purchase the Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine cause i know a few of the ladies published in them and enjoy sifting thru pages but lately i don't feel much inspiration from them.. sad to say. So i just wanted to share with you some of my favorite mags and if you decide to purchase them maybe you'll find some inspiration in them as well! If you enjoy paints, lots of colors and a different style in scrapbooking you'll love them. Or if you are looking to learn a few techniques ... these mags are awesome!

i have...

I have to get things organized for the Creative Scrappers Birthday Bash... I created a word find but goofed in the spelling of memories... so i have to start over again - they are so much fun

I spilled a large cup of Cappuccino on my computer desk and inside my keyboard today - now i am typing with an antique... makes so much noise - must buy new one ... but it smells nice!

I have 5 overnight shifts in April... i am trying to shift trade them to something earlier but no one wants to work 1030pm-6am... i am too old to stay up all night

i have taxes to do... and not organized yet - hopefully i get some money back

i have photos that need editing - pics of hubby and i outside and eddie too

i've completed 2 layouts today.. can only share next week, i like them

i've been wondering how many people will participate in the April festivities for CS

i am happy that hubby got a new job and starts in April - being laid off was hard on him but things will be better ... much better

i have a huge box of scrap goodies sitting on my table and can't wait to play - bella blvd all inclusive is awesome, jillibean soup i can't wait to play with you ... and my new dt kit from SD4U is nicer in person

the weather was a bit chilly today and we actually saw a few snow flakes

i want a shopping spree to a store that has more than 4 shirts in my size...

i think cougar town and 2 and half men are the funniest tv shows ever!

i have a pvr that is full of my favorite shows .. i have about 8 hours of survivor to watch this weekend

i have a busy schedule ... but i like it that way ;-)

Sexy Chick

Last January I won a prize package from Scrapbook & Cards Today Magazine. The prize was a new collection pack from Studio Calico. ;-) I was lucky enough to get in the mail 2 weeks ago the new ANTHOLOGY collection. I am in love with the fabric strips..

I created a page for my niece called SEXY CHICK! She's only 13!

SD4U - Reveal

I've completed another layout using The March Kit from SD4U! I love these Bella Blvd papers. I've enjoyed cutting up the flowers, and using different pattern papers for the past 3 layouts.
I love Double Sided papers, and diecuts too ;-)
