Happy Birthday Shaker Card
These little Party Pets from Your Next Stamp are my favorite. They are so easy to color when stamped and really not that difficult to fussy cut when finished. (Although, I'd save tons of time with a metal die!)
I created this as a birthday card and used the Jillibean Soup Large Circle Shaker Card base and cover.
Instead of using distress ink all over the front cover or adding paper I used some paint splats. (Glimmer Glaze) It works great and adds a little confetti like cover.
I used my Zig Clean Color Brush Markers for coloring and added some beads at the bottom. Super cute !

Today Jillibean Soup turn for the reveal on Day 17 of the 25 Days of Christmas Tags. Jillibean is the featured sponsor and I am sharing my shaker tag!
I used a regular shipping tag and cut out a star shape to add my Shaker Insert.
I also dug out some Christmas paper from an older collection and rolled up a few pieces of left overs. This made the cutest Christmas Tree.
Tons of Sponsors are participating so you don't want to miss out!
Have a great day !

Hello Wood Plank | Jillibean Soup
I'm sharing a project using Jillibean Soup Oval Wood Plank Sign with Felt Flowers. This sign would be an easy project to create for a house warming gift, teachers gift and even for your front door!
Let's get started shall we? I have a complete list of supplies required at the bottom of this post. Any questions please feel free to comment or contact me directly!
This is a sign I created for my blank kitchen wall! It really needed something with color and this wood plank was perfect. It measures 12" high and about 8" wide.
This is a sign I created for my blank kitchen wall! It really needed something with color and this wood plank was perfect. It measures 12" high and about 8" wide.
The First step in creating this sign is to get your supplies ready. I first started by cutting out a few things with my Silhouette Cameo. I cut out the word Hello ( #175558 ) a few leaves ( #159025) and some small vines (#196579). All of these can be found in the Jillibean Soup Section in the Silhouette Online Store.
I enjoy adding dimensions to my projects but I didn't want to add popdots to this sign. I cut out 6 hello words and then did the same for the leaves. I stacked them on top of each other to create a thick cut word. I glued between all layers and that made them sturdy, bendable, and so much nicer on a finished project.
Here are my files all cut out -
Here is a closer look at my word Hello - nice and clean ! It takes a bit of time to glue all these pieces, but it worth it. I just find it finishes nicely.
I also wanted more yellow but only had one flower from the package. I had a light bulb moment! Let's take this yellow flower and make more!

I deconstructed the dark yellow flower by removing a few strands of the felt. It's already cut to create a flower it just needs to be glued again. I created another just by removing 2 rows of the felt. I still had a large yellow flowers and I removed another layer to create a smaller one that you'll see in the finished project. So just because you only have 1 flower doesn't mean you can't compromise!
Time to get my flowers organised. I could have added more but I didn't want this to be too busy. I wanted something that showcased that beautiful yellow and turquoise so this cluster was perfect for me.
Once the flowers were glued with a glue gun - although the adhesive that comes on the back of these flowers are really sticky! I added my leaves, the small pieces of vine, and of course my hello.
To add a few extra details I added some wood dots and I some glossy accent to make "water droplets!"
If you have any questions please contact me directly! You can find more of my projects on instagram @KristineDavidson and please make sure you follow Jillibean Soup @JillibeanSoup.
Thanks for stopping by today and let's see those Wood Signs!

Beautiful You | Jillibean Soup
Sharing a layout I created for Jillibean Soup today. It is called Beautiful You.
I used some NEW Farmhouse Stew papers and peapod parts and actually a recent picture of my niece. She seriously doesn't allow me to take pic of her anymore so I was lucky enough to grab a few pics from a photo shoot she and her family did this past summer. TEENAGERS!

For You | Jillibean Soup
I am sharing a card with you today that I created for Jillibean Soup.
It is a shaker card and inside I created a little scene.
My first step was to emboss my card base just to give it some details since I was leaving it white - I didn't want to add color so this was the alternate for me to add details.
I created my background using some distress ink, stamped my little flowers and butterflies and cut them out using the coordinating metal dies. It wasn't complicated! I them finished it off by adding some sequins, nuvo dots and then added the shaker cover.
Supplies:
Jillibean Soup
Stamps & Die Set: Latte;
Shape Shaker Card: Jar;
Sequins: Green
Others: Distress Ink, Versafine Black Onyx, Glossy Accent;
