We all love blog hoping and blogging and we often forget that a blog reflects our  personal style such as colors and a title. I have always loved changing my blog headers and colors based on my mood, for fun or even the season. 

I am not a professional and have no formal training in blog decorating but I really enjoy it and would love the opportunity to decorate your blog!

To start your new blog makeover
(Blogger Only)

- View my Blog Design Gallery to see what you might like

- Select a digital kit that you love from the list of designers indicated below.
These designers allow me to use their digital elements to create unique blog banners / and backgrounds for you.
- if you find another designers digital kit that you love , make sure they allow scrap 4 hire so i can use their digital elements to create your blog banner.

- If you are a scrap store or plan on selling items on your blog ( home business etc ) I will have to get permission from the designers for you. Some might have additional charges  for commercial use.. ie/ printing business cards, logos, stationary, etc..

( i purchase the kit for you and charge you before installation )
please note that some designers have additional license fees

Prior to Installation I send you a paypal invoice and then start creating your new blog banner!  I often put in about 2-4 hours on a blog so it is important that i get paid prior to creating. This is to confirm your purchase and my time involved.

I will create a banner for you and install it on your personal blog so you can view your  changes.  Once you confirm that you "LOVE" what I've created ... I finish the installation for you.

A Few Decorated Blogs

Hello Friends,

I've been enjoying Decorating Blogs the past few weeks, it's keeping me busy on my days off and especially rainy days! I just wanted to share a few with you today. I usually post them on my facebook page but in case you and I aren't " fb friends" here is a peek! ;-)

First UP.. Delaina's  - Love the simplicity of this design. She wanted something soft and something with color - she selected a kit from Natali and it was perfect!

This next make over was for Carolyn - I recently did her scrapbook store blog and she wanted something similiar in style - she loves cameras and this wonderful quote-
I like how she selected all her sidebar/posts in seperate boxes. Makes a nice clean look.

This next one is Mercy Tiara's - Love the simple look and those colors together.. are fabulous! 

Next is Jenny Evans - She loves Nicole Nowosad's blog and it's style in general so I tried to mimic but not copy Nicole's blog and this is what i came up with

And after doing all these, my own blog got a makeover !! Love the orange and i wanted something a bit different -

and My latest one, that i finished last night - Karen's. Love the kit she selected, those soft embellishments with pink and blue.. so pretty!

Sharing a few Blog Makeovers

Sorry I'm not much into sharing any stories right now ... I'm sure i'll start shortly! Just feeling under the weather lately .. in the mean time i'm trying to create everyday ;-) here are a few makeovers I just recently finished --

this first one is libby - celebrating her digi anniversary! 4 years actually .. and she wanted a new blog makeover in honor of the celebration. For me, this banner totally SCREAMS LIBBY LOU!

this next one if for Jenny Evans, i love the colors she selected, so bright and fun! that blue to screams to me and with a little pop of red -- it's perfect for her

the purple pumpkin will be undergoing a little makeover in the near future, but in the mean time while we wait for her new logo to be created we temporarily redid the blog and banner ...
hopefully we'll have a finished logo soon and a complete redo of the store blog and facebook ;-)



and my last one for this post is Missy's little Nugget Creations! Love the kit she selected for her banner. This just reminds me of a garden gathering. I love the sun, clouds and cute little frogs too. you can check it out here ...

Yes, i'm in this digital mood lately ... I've created a few makeovers and one of them includes mine and Creative Scrappers.

I created one today with a christmas feel...
Something was missing... i think it was snow or a tree or something ... maybe i'm not in the christmas mood yet ... so tonight i decided to change it!


I found this fun doodlie snowmen Kate Hadfield kit..
and decided to create this


isn't this more fun!? I love the snowmen, i'm making believe that's hubby and i are in a snowball fight LOL!! He hit my shovel and well i got him in the neck! LOL ;-)

and this is one i created for Creative Scrappers using Erin Bradley's digi kit.

Amy's New Blog!

WOW! I think I am getting a bit of mojo back! It's been ages since I've created, and perhaps the colder weather and shorter days has something to do with my creative juices! I finished a blog makeover for Amy yesterday. Poor girl has been waiting months/weeks for her new blog.
The final outcome turned out pretty good, I love her cupcakes and the colors ;-)

-- as for scrappyness.... well I haven't created a layout since the last crop I attended ... that was when? mm... i think June! Craziness.... Although this weekend is a crop weekend for myself and a few scrappy friends Marielle, Zoe and Stephanie... I can't wait ! I haven't packed yet but I hope to get a few NEW photos printed and play with some new stash of papers!!!!

Oh yeah and I got braces! YUP.. i did. I've been having issues with my jaw lately - getting headaches and TMJ issues so this is after massage therapy, physiotherapy and a bite plate. So let's hope I get some relief with a fixed cross bite ;-)


Yup, it's mashed potatoes, Jello, Pudding, and scrambled eggs for a few weeks until I get used to the wires but so far it's been okay. Painful for my first week but this week isn't too bad.

Anyhoo that's my update for you today. I hope my next post will consist of a few layouts ;-)

Melissa recently won an online auction at Let's Capture Our Memories - the auction was a new blog makeover. I was extremely happy to help Tanya raise funds for her daughters trip to Florida and thrilled that Melissa won.
