A Few Cards | Simple Stories

 A bit of continuation from my post yesterday about using themed products for something else. These are cards I created for Simple Stories using the Faith Collection.

I have been enjoying card making the last few weeks / months and it's really helping me use some scrap pieces of paper and also to reach out of my comfort zone of always creating layouts.

Kitty Love | Simple Stories

I am sharing a layout today that I created for Simple Stories using the Faith Collection. This is just an example on how you can use a collection that is " themed " and use it for something else such as a cat page ;) Think outside the box when you are shopping for papers or paper collections. Some have specific themed but you can use those papers or diecuts etc for something else.

The Cut File I used is a Free one from Paper Issues

Happy Birthday | Jillibean Soup

Sharing a birthday card today! I used some Jillibean Soup Souper Celebration and LOVE all these cute Pea Pod Parts I used. A crown?! Alligator? and a cake.. cute right ?! I added a burlap tag for texture and I think it's perfect for my nephews birthday next week ;)

Emoji Love | Simple Stories

Oh my goodness! Simple Stories just released a NEW collection called EMOJI LOVE and it's PERFECT! I used this collection to document my niece who, since turning a teenager no longer wants her pictures taken by me. She's getting used to say NO PICS! so instead I can sneak on her instagram account and take the pics I want to use at her expense. I know what a great aunt I am... but someday she'll sit and laugh about it.

Guy: OMG, I have my shades and Vans and good to go!

Girlfriend: ROFL

Guy: Having a snack; fries and pizza. Oops gotta poop! LOL

Girlfriend: OMG Poop? LOL

Guy: That Stinks .. WOW

Girlfriend: LOL Awkward!

Guy: Kisses!

Make A Wish | Jillibean Soup

Sharing a tag I created for Jillibean Soup ... and this LAMA is soooo cute! I used a chipboard tag from TAG You're It - and added some pop dots for a little dimension on this tag. Just perfect to add to a gift bag ;)

Capture The Love | Jillibean Soup

One of my favorite projects for Jillibean Soup. I made this as a CHA project to showcase some tags and also using a Wood Plank. I love the brown that I painted on top of the 8x8 wood plank and the colors from the Bowl of Dreams collection just pops on this background. One of my favs for sure!
