Lil' Dude | Simple Stories

Who doesn't love nice bright colors and a few frogs and dogs?! This is the newest Lil' Dude collection from Simple Stories. It is SOOOO CUTE! I created 2 pages using this collection and used some fun photos of my 7 year old never. 

 Aren't these images and little diecuts adorable!? Here is another layout using mostly dinosaurs. This picture was taken next to an image on a bridge and it looks exactly like a huge bird! Perfect for this paper collection right ?

Beach Please | Simple Stories

Hello Friends!
I have another summer page to share with you today featuring Simple Stories - Hello Summer.I used a cut file from Nicole Nowosad on this layout and I was able to use quite a few pieces of paper to showcase this beautiful collection. Together With You | Pretty Little Studio

I created this layout for Pretty Little Studio. It's a picture of my little Willie girl just sitting in my arms watching what I am doing on the computer. She loves to cuddle and I honestly can't get enough of her sweet love.

I created using the XOXO Collection from Pretty Little Studio. I was a guest designer and I got to play with Hello Heather's super cute collection.  I really love the yellow and dark green in this collection.

Popsicle Cards | Pattern Happy

Hello Friends!

It's Kristine with you today and I have some super cute cards to share with you! Summer is coming .. slowly but surely on the East Coast and it's time to start thinking about bright colors and yummy Popsicles!

 

I created 2 similar cards using papers from the Rainbows Paper Pad and the Coolest Ever Clear Stamp Set. I also used birthday phrases from the Bday Bash Clear Stamp.

I first stamped the images on Bristol Smooth Cardstock with Versafine ink. I colored with Zig Clean Color Markers (My favs!) then used the Coolest Ever Dies to finish the images with a clean cut.

Since I love popdots so much I added some on the back of both popsicles.
I added a birthday sentiment but anything goes with these cute images. You could do so many other fun titles with the words and phrases included in the Coolest Ever Clear Stamp set.

Layouts & Cards | My Creative Scrapbook

I am a guest designer this month once again for My Creative Scrapbook. I really enjoy working with the MCS kits since they are always PACKED with so many products. You really can't go wrong with the price point as well .

THis is the kit I got to play with ..
Tons of Patio Party from Pebbles which I really loved. That bright pink just made me happy and of course lots of flower diecuts.

XOXO Cards | Pretty Little Studio

I am sharing 2 cards I created using the XOXO Collection from Pretty Little Studio. I am a guest designer this month and the month of May and I get to play with Hello Heather's super cute collection. This collection has a little Love theme ​and is filled with so many beautiful colors. ​Nothing tells someone you love them like a surprise card with a little LOVE!

​I created a shaker card using 2 pieces of pattern paper, a piece of cardstock from the packaging that I used for my background and the title is from the Hello Lovely Words diecuts. I cut off the “I” … and used the “love you” portion. I added some sequins and voila! SOOO Cute!

My second card is made with layers and shapes.

I started with 2 pieces of pattern paper, a small tag in the background and some dimensional adhesive under a circle shape. I added the typewriter diecut because it’s so cute! I used one of my old rotary stamps and stamped Note To Self. This could be anything such as XOXO, Miss You, Talk to Me or whatever you fancy.

Mama Llama Layout | Simple Stories

Just for You Mama Llama!

I am so excited to share my projects with you today. I was so inspired by the latest Simple Set called Mama Llama! Have you seen this yet? It is soooo cute! The diecut stickers of little llamas, hearts and cacti? Ya it’s a cute one.

So my first project is a layout – called Mama Llama.
I didn’t want to use a white piece of cardstock for my background so I used a piece of ledge paper from the SN@P! Basics Collection.

I am one who loves layers and colors. This layout is no exception. I used as many pieces of paper as I could for layout. I spread it across the middle of the page and used lots of circles and 3x4 pieces of paper. I have nothing larger than 3x4 on this page.

You can see in this picture below that I created some circle shapes from the 3x4 journal cards and that just allows me to create my own larger diecuts. I love doing this on my pages. I added pop dots under my stickers for dimension.
