Life Documented | Simple Stories

I first drooled on the entire DIY & DIY Boutique collections and then decided on which elements I was going to use. Most of them made the list and ended up scattered on my entire scrapbook table! I decided I was going to do a "set of 24" just to have on hand and maybe trade some with friends for their own Life Documented albums.

I used some DIY Boutique papers and cut them up 3x4" knowing they are double sided I could use the A or B sides, I also used the DIY Office Card Foundations. Using a few scraps of paper and of course lots of pop dots, DIY stickers and chipboard I was able to create a great variety of cards.

I began creating these cards a little late in the evening, a few hours after a little over 1:30am I looked at the clock and I seriously couldn't stop! This project is perfect for Crops or Scrapbook nights with friends! So fun to do ;-) and sharing them for Card Swaps even better! The DIY products are for sure a must have in your stash!

That Look | Creative Scrappers

It's reveal day for Creative Scrappers today. I had this cute picture of Megan and wanted to add some fun details to her " look". She always loves having her picture taken, especially if i ask her to model for me!

Happy Birthday Cards | Jillibean Soup

I always have such a hard time with cards. I do find the Jillibean Soup products make it easier for me. I love the Bite Size Bits and the journal cards help me create cards that are pretty cute and quick too ;-) Love that I'm getting in the groove of handmade cards. I know my mom loves them!

Summer Days | Simple Stories

remember those days when you use to spend hours at the playground? just running around being silly and asking your parents or aunt and uncle to push you on the swings? well this day was it for Miss Megan. She was having a blast just playing around and always asking " Can you Push me ? Higher ? Higher ? Higher!? "
i love those little moments!

I used Simple Stories - Fresh Air for this layout 

Love creating in grids these days, so fun to create each little square as a layout, and it's so easy to make it all come together. I'm a little hooked on this format. 

Celebrate 2day | Jillibean Soup

I love the colors in this Birthday Bisque Collection. I tried something new on this page by adding the kraft chevron placemat on top of the pattern papers.

-- I tried a second version of this layout, just by removing the background chevron paper - i added a Green dotted paper... which one do you like best?

I am thrilled to announce the call for Creative Scrappers Design Team for Summer 2014.  I am looking for talented and committed designers who love to Create with Sketches!  Who are willing to inspire others and of course be a proud designer for  Creative Scrappers.

List of Current Design Team(s) Previous DT Experience not required 
Also include-- 3 of your recent layouts to showcase your scrapbook style
1 of the above layouts submitted should be from any previous CS Sketch

 The Design Team will be required to:

• Complete at least 2 layouts per month with sketches provided
• Be Exclusive to Creative Scrappers* (no other sketch blog is permitted)
• post our DT Blinkie/Badge in signatures & on your blog
• Posting the CS sketch & your layout on your Blog/Facebook (on Reveal Day)
• Required to complete 2 blog posts during term (Favorites on Wednesday)

- This is a Term position from June 1, 2014 - September 30, 2014
- Call is Open to Past and Present Design Team Members
- We have a Private Group on Facebook for Designers Only
- Call is open to all countries
- No compensation is provided
- Designers may submit their layouts for a chance to win the monthly prize

The deadline for all applications to be received is May 12 2014. The individuals chosen to join the team will be notified via email and the new team will be announced here on the blog May 15th 2014.
